General Introduction:

This British pith helmet is closely related to with the British colonial and foreign service history. The hat features a squared neck flap and pointed brim at the front. Using handmade techniques learnt from the French (around 1900s - colonial period) and lightweight and durable pith material (of a tree living under water), Vietnamese skilled workers make this hat become an unusual and usable item.

These pith helmets perfect for used at special festival or events. It is also a great item for collector or display purposes.

Outside cover: High quality khaki twill.
Inside liner: Shade green or cream cotton fabric.
Chinstrap and sweatband: High quality leather.
Fittings: Ventilator, eyelet and buckle made of aluminum/ brass. We supply other fittings: helmet badge, helmet top spike, helmet top ball, helmet crosspiece, helmet rosettes, helmet chin chain.
Color: As pictured. Other colors on request.
Size: One size fits most. Adjustable via a Velcro lock on sweatband
Finishing: Handcrafted.

Thanks to durable and lightweight core material, the hat sustains well both heavy sun and rain.

We use plain standard carton for packaging.
Each pith helmet is put in a poly bag and then as many as 20-22 pcs are put in a master 5 ply carton.
Full color carton or special packaging is available upon request.
